1. Use of the Site

You may use our built-in customized estimator to determine project costs. While we strive for accuracy, estimates generated are subject to our engineering review, and final prices might slightly adjust based on layout feasibility or specialized hardware needs.

2. Order Processing & Shop Drawings

Once your request is received, a dedicated partition expert handles your account. We will create and send you a formal "shop drawing" of your partition order. Your final approval of this drawing is mandatory. Manufacturing or shipping delays caused by lack of approval are outside our responsibility.

3. Delivery & Shipping Policy

Partitions are shipped directly from our warehouse by LTL (Less Than Truckload) freight. Nationwide shipping rates are applied based on location and accessories in your cart. If your location lacks a receiving dock or forklift, you must specify this during estimated checkout or contact us. Additional liftgate charges may apply if unmentioned.

4. Cancellations and Returns

Due to the highly customized manufacturing nature of toilet partitions based on specific layouts and shop drawings, orders that have entered production cannot be canceled or modified. Defective or materially damaged items upon transit must be explicitly signed for and noted on the bill of lading upon delivery.

5. Tax Exemption

We gladly provide tax exemption to churches, non-profits, governmental bodies, and resellers. Proof of documentation (such as a valid 501(c)(3) or state resale certificate) must be produced prior to final payment processing.
